Brickstin: Learn how torrenting and trackers work. Queued and stopped torrents mean there's no connection to the tracker from the client, thus they're not counted because they can't be. The problem is on your end, without question. Check your port forwarding settings, and try forcing only encrypted connections. Some ISPs screw with people who are detectably downloading torrents through their systems.
